Seacore Seafood has partnered with SeaChoice, Canada’s National Sustainable Seafood Program.  SeaChoice is a comprehensive seafood markets program with the primary goal of realizing sustainable fisheries in Canada and abroad. SeaChoice uses the best available science, strategic communications, and partnerships to mobilize sustainable seafood markets throughout Canada.

Seacore Seafood uses the publicly available assessment and ranking information provided by SeaChoice to determine the ranking of specific seafood items we sell under the OceanPrime Sustainable Seafood Program.  SeaChoice is working closely with Seacore Seafood and their supplier partners to ensure that the associated rankings are as accurate as possible.
